The Story of Bixie and Tiki

Bixie, the box turtle girl was seven years old.

She had a favorite book which was probably the best book in the whole world.

It was called “Turtle Fairies” and was so good!  There were twelve turtle fairies -- one for each month -- and each turtle fairy had her own flower.

Bixie loved to lie on her bed and read “Turtle Fairies”.  She loved looking at the pretty pictures of the turtle fairies and loved reading their little stories.

Bixie was so happy with this book, and read it every day.
