Class Clown

Outside the school, Chimp reaches out to Lucas and Maddie as they walk by looking upset.

At the end of the day, all the teams finish up their projects. They leave the school and see a book on the grass outside the window. Chimp thinks this is so funny and laughs when he sees it.

“Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Look where it fell!” Chimp wants everyone to laugh. “Come on. It’s funny!”

When Lucas and Maddie walk by, Chimp runs up to them. But they just frown at him.

“Come on guys,” Chimp says. “You aren’t still mad at me, are you?”

But Lucas and Maddie just walk past him. Lucas puts his hand on Maddie’s back because she’s still upset about her wrinkled drawings. Then Lucas turns around and yells at Chimp. “It’s not funny! You ruined our report on purpose!”

“Come on you guys,” Chimp says. “It’s just a stupid class project. Who cares if I messed it up a little?” he says to them. But they keep walking.
