Coug’s so upset that he didn't win the race he says “NO FAIR!  My sneakers came untied and I had to tie them. Bixie cheated!”

But Coach Davis knows this isn’t true and gives the blue ribbon to Bixie.

Then Coach Davis hands Coug the second-place ribbon.

“Coug, here’s the ribbon for second place,” he says. “I think you know that you didn’t run the best race that you could have run.”
